At a DB2 command prompt:
1. db2 terminate
2. db2 connect to <database-name>
3. db2 bind <path>/db2schema.bnd blocking all grant public sqlerror continue
4. db2 terminate
...where <database-name> represents the name of a database to which the utilities should be bound, and where <path> is the full path name of the directory where the bind files are located (usually $HOME/sqllib/bnd).
